Warm Open — Dating confidence through daily reps

Warm Open ("we," "us") operates warmopen.org. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

What we collect

Account email and password hash for authentication.
Onboarding preferences (goals, experience level) to personalize coaching.
Profile lab inputs you save (bio text, checklist progress).
Message threads you paste into Text Gym for analysis.
Sparring chat transcripts and field mission debriefs.
Usage metrics (daily reps, streaks, AI credit counts on free tier).

How we use data

We use your data to provide coaching features, track progress, and improve the product. When you use AI features, relevant text is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) for analysis. We do not sell your personal data.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. You may request deletion by emailing hello@warmopen.org. Coaching transcripts may be deleted with your account.

Security

Passwords are hashed. Sessions use signed cookies. Use HTTPS in production. No system is 100% secure — use a unique password.

Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete account data by contacting us. California and EU users may have additional rights under applicable law.
