By using Warm Open, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older. The product is educational coaching, not therapy or medical advice.

Acceptable use

• Use coaching to build respectful, consent-first dating skills.
• Do not harass, deceive, coerce, or stalk others.
• Do not upload others' private messages without permission.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.

AI coaching disclaimer

AI suggestions are drafts, not guarantees of outcomes. You are responsible for what you send or do in real life. We prohibit manipulation tactics, negging, and pickup-artist framing in our product design.

Accounts and billing

Free and paid tiers may change. Pro subscriptions will be billed when Stripe checkout is enabled. Refunds follow our published refund policy at launch.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm other users. You may stop using the service at any time.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." We are not liable for dating outcomes, interpersonal conflicts, or indirect damages to the extent permitted by law.
